A good practice is to regularly update your LetMeGo calendar with your lodging’s current availability. Although it is not required, an up-to-date calendar offers significant advantages.
Hosts who have opted to reply to enquiries on demand will save valuable time by avoiding unwanted invitations. Likewise, for hosts who publish their rates for instant bookings, an up-to-date calendar will safeguard against overbooking.
To quickly update your calendar, please follow these steps:
- Go to My Listings.
- Click “Availability and Rates”.
- Select the tab at the top of the calendar for the appropriate guest room (if you have more than one).
- Click on top of the date that you would like to mark as unavailable. A red line will appear across the date indicating that this night is now sold out.
- Click again on the date to mark the night as available.
If you would like to mark the entire month as sold out, click the corresponding month on the left side of the calendar.
Improve the quality of your enquiries and increase the potential for bookings with an accurate availability calendar.
