How to confirm a booking

Since the beginning of the online travel industry, travellers have embraced the convenience of searching for and booking their accommodations in one place.  By offering our travellers a variety of lodging types from around the globe, combined with two ways to book, LetMeGo hosts have a greater potential for enquiries and bookings.

We make the booking process easy.  When a traveller accepts your personalized offer, or books your lodging instantly, we forward you an email with all the details you need to confirm the reservation in your system.

Here are a few key points to keep in mind when you receive a booking email:

  • Click the link to retrieve the booking details.
  • Charge the agreed prepayment amount to the traveller’s credit card as soon as possible.
  • If you require a prepayment by PayPal, immediately contact the traveller and provide instructions for processing the PayPal payment.
  • Enter your confirmation number and click the link to confirm the booking.  Please remember that bookings not confirmed within 24 hours will cancel automatically.
  • Be prepared to always honour the guest room type and rate confirmed at the time of booking.  We guarantee that our travellers will receive exactly what they were promised.
  • Please remember that the price you offer is the total cost for all rooms and all nights, and that price must include all taxes, fees, and LetMeGo’s commission.

Providing our travellers with a seamless booking experience will ensure positive feedback and repeat bookings.

You can always contact us if you have any questions.
