Once your LetMeGo listing is complete, your property is immediately ready to receive bookings. Multi-unit properties (hotels, B&Bs, etc.) may require flexible allocation of their inventory to maximize revenue and prevent overbooking.
LetMeGo’s extranet offers full control of the available inventory for those hosts who have opted to add their rates and availability manually.
The following steps will show you how to create optional rules for your inventory requirements:
- Go to your rates and availability calendar
- Scroll down to “Inventory” under “Optional Rules”
- Select the number of guest rooms, units, or bed plans available
- Select the name of the type of guest unit
- Select the day of the week the inventory rule applies to
- Click “Add Rule”
- Repeat for each guest unit
Once you have completed the optional rules, please remember to test your rates and availability with the link provided.
