You can use your LetMeGo listing to receive instant bookings by adding your rates and availability. If you manage various booking portals, and often run at full occupancy, a very important feature is available to safeguard against overbooking.
Within your LetMeGo extranet, is an option to reserve the right to decline bookings in the event that you have no availability, or if prefer to screen travellers before you accept their booking requests.
To see if you have this option selected, please follow these steps:
- Go to your rates and availability calendar
- Scroll down to “Booking Preferences and Rules for These Rates”
- Go to “As a precaution, do you reserve the right to decline bookings that travellers make using these rates?”
- Select “Yes” or “No”
We will always notify potential guests if you have chosen the right to decline bookings. Of course, this may impact the number of bookings you receive.
Hosts who select “No”, must be prepared to honour any instant bookings received through LetMeGo.
You can always contact us if you have any questions.

It is so nice to cooperate with you!!!
This idea makes so much sense to me. I am listed on multiple websites, and have trouble maintaining availability calendars only only two others beside my own.
It seems clear to us that adding indicative rates is very much preferable to not giving and idea to potential renters of the price of their stay, and this option ensures that no double-bookings are encountered. We are applying this to both our rural Thailand pool villa Gecko Villa and to our traditional villa in Thailand Green Gecko.
I agreed. I’m using booking calendar and booking system that I can not link to websites promoting my property. Unfortunately we can afford to pay for one more universal. We do not have many rooms and a lot business and simple calendar will do, but I’m unable to find one. May be somebody have advise.
It will be good to share knowledge and practice to help each other in renting rooms.
It looks like Letmego will be very good sponsor for Vacation Rental Owners Tea Party.
