How to submit an offer to travellers

LetMeGo hosts who select to provide rates and availability on demand will find it easy to communicate with travellers who enquire about their lodgings.

When a traveller creates an itinerary that matches your listing, you will receive an email inviting you to submit a personalized offer.  Included in the email are all the necessary itinerary details, as well as the purpose of the trip and any special requirements.

To present the traveller with an offer tailored to their request, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the link provided or go to your invitations
  2. Click on “View More Details & Submit Offer”
  3. Click on “Submit a Personalized Offer”
  4. Enter your price for the entire stay and any comments to the traveller
  5. Click “Submit My Personalized Offer”

Please remember that the price you offer will be the total cost for all rooms and all nights, and must include all taxes, fees, and LetMeGo’s commission.

Be prepared to honour the guest room type and rate for 24 hours after the itinerary closes.  In the event that your inventory sells out before this time, immediately retract your offer here.

If the traveller accepts your offer, we will forward all the details for you to confirm the booking in your system.

Please contact us if you have any questions.

  1. I agree with almost all of this. The only difficult part is realising that a more recent booking may have taken some of the days enquired about. With so many enquiries coming in from many sources including direct enquiries to my own website and live online bookings, it is impossible to remember if the above may have happened, let alone tracking where the earlier enquiry was from. I resort to waiting to see if my offer is accepted, at which point I indicate tt the dates have since been taken. After all, some people can take a week or two to reply on occasions.

    • Hi Chris! LetMeGo travellers can leave their itinerary open for up to 72 hours. The maximum time you would be required to keep your inventory available is 4 days. Please keep in mind that it will be too late to decline the booking once the traveller has accepted your offer.
