Travellers love getting personalized offers when they submit their itineraries. In many instances, however, a personalized offer is not required and the traveller is happy to book an accommodation based on the information available in the listing and profile of the host. To accomplish this, we now allow hosts to publish their rates. That way travellers can book, even while hosts are sleeping.

We worked very hard to include many features. Hosts can:
- Allow travellers to see rate(s) and book instantly
- Update rates manually using a friendly “extranet”
- Update rates automatically using their existing software
- Keep it simple, maintaining a single rate for all nights
- Establish different rules and rates depending on the night
- Hosts are still free to provide personalized offers when travellers inquire
- Hosts receive periodic emails that help ensure their rates are up-to-date
- Hosts have the option to screen travellers before they accept their booking requests
- Hosts have the option to receive all of their online bookings via their listings: They do not pay commissions on travellers they refer. Ever! Learn more.
