Hosts can now list the types of beds they offer

Anyone who has traveled internationally knows the idea of a “bed” among countries and accommodations can vary widely. You might find a single bed where you expect a double. Or a double where you expect a Queen. Or if you’re really unlucky, a bed of nails. Thankfully, now LetMeGo hosts can list the types of beds they offer, based on the number of people they can sleep comfortably. Travellers will know now what they are getting into. Literally!

If you are a LetMeGo host, please follow these steps to update your listing. It will only take a few seconds:

  1. Go to My Listings.
  2. Click on “Update Listing Details”
  3. In the left menu, click on “Add capacity information” or “List Bed Types”

  1. That is a great list of what a “bed” might be. We have king single beds which means they are longer than a normal single and longer than a double but not as wide as a double. Much more room than half a queen bed. Your list doesn’t include king single bed,

  2. I’m with Kaye. You haven’t differentiated between king beds and queen beds. This is important here in Melbourne. Some guests prefer a king bed to a queen, even if it is a bit less space in the room. I too have QUEEN singles; from a split queen bed.

    • Hi Chris,

You can add specific bedding (king, queen, etc.) and the dimensions in the summary section of your listing.

  3. We need Queen and Super-king size beds in the list. Agree with previous comment, size IS important! A “Super-king bed for two” or “Queen bed for two” means MUCH more than “bed for two”.

Our Super-king bed also splits into two, giving two king-single beds (twin king-singles). Again, size IS important.

Our Queen & Super-king rooms also have a pullout single trundle bed. Can all these be in your list?

    • Hi John,

Please enter the size of your Queen and Super-king size beds in the details of your listing’s guest rooms. Trundle bed is now included in the list of bed types.
