Beyond LetMeGo’s intuitive booking engine is a social marketplace that allows travellers and hosts to freely communicate with one another.

As a host, you may frequently receive email messages or phone calls from travellers who have found your lodgings on our website.  Providing a quick response to these inquiries will ensure a positive experience and generate confidence when travellers book with you.

Likewise, some hosts prefer to contact potential travellers before they confirm a booking.  To compose an email message, simply click on the link to contact the traveller within the itinerary console.

You can view all the messages you have received and sent within your LetMeGo account by going to “My Messages.”

Remember to keep your profile updated with your current email address and phone number.  While other travel sites limit personal contact, LetMeGo encourages community participation.
