In this TED talk, Simon Sinek explains a simple but powerful model for inspirational and business leadership that starts with the question “Why?” His examples include Apple, Martin Luther King, and the Wright brothers. In fact, this video was the inspiration for our new motto: “Stay unique, stay human”.
