After you have completed your lodging listing on LetMeGo, one of the many additional tools you can take advantage of is your availability calendar.
When a traveller submits an itinerary with their specific dates, LetMeGo will use your calendar to determine if your property is available. LetMeGo and the traveller will then contact you and invite you to offer your price. By keeping your calendar up-to-date, you will only receive invitations for the dates you have available.
To quickly update your calendar, go to My Listings and select “Availability”. If you offer different types of guest rooms, guest units, or guest plans within your property, be sure to select the appropriate tab at the top of the calendar.
LetMeGo will soon implement a new feature where you can provide your rates. This will allow travellers to book your lodgings instantly without you having to manually submit your price.
Taking a few moments to keep your calendar up-to-date will ensure that LetMeGo accurately matches your listing with the itineraries we receive.

The availability is a good thing, but keep it up to date daily is difficult and take lots of time. With between 20 and 50 email and calls a day, mean that I must use again 20-50 times to changing the calendar availability.
How can that be done more quickly ?? I not have that time
I used to do this 2 years ago before I handed my apartments (temporarily) to a property manager. I am taking back the management this week, and the research I have done has led me to a group called RMS, that not only has a real-time online calendar, but it will allow you to link multiple sites to it, and they are all updated automatically. It's brilliant!
