When LetMeGo matches your listing with an itinerary, your Booking Cancellation Policy and Booking Agreement will be included in the offer that is submitted to the traveller.
In addition to any prepayment required upon booking, it is important to provide the details of your Booking Cancellation Policy. This information should include:
- When the balance (if a prepayment is required) or full payment is charged.
- How many days or hours prior to arrival the traveller must cancel or modify their booking to avoid charges.
- Any charges that apply to a cancelled or modified booking.
- The required security deposit (if applicable).
Your Booking Agreement is a legal document that provides the specific rules and restrictions of booking your property. Travellers who book your property through LetMeGo will agree to your policies by providing an Electronic Signature. If you require travellers to fax or mail a signed copy of your booking agreement, please remember to include your contact details.
You can add or update your policy and agreement by going to My Listings and selecting “Update Listing Details”. Scroll down to the “Booking Cancellation Policy” and “Booking Agreement” sections.
Avoid any confusion between yourself and LetMeGo travellers by clearly communicating your Booking Cancellation Policy and Booking Agreement within your listing.
