You Can Manipulate the Memories of Your Guests (Kinda)
– June 4, 2010

Some of the TED talks are just amazing. This one is not an exception. And you're right Alex, there are great tips to manipulate the memories of the guests.
Great points, thanks Alex!!
So we should maybe give them the wine as they leave – not as they arrive?
That is a great idea, Jane. Maybe a mimosa for their final breakfast?
It would be an interesting experiment to offer some of your visitors drinks as they arrive and offer others a drink day they leave. You can then follow up with satisfaction surveys and conclude which group ended up with a better memory.
I think the moment of arrival is very important as well. It will set the mood of the guest for the rest of the stay. Maybe you should offer them a wine when they arrive AND something alcohol free when they leave, in case they need to drive
THANKS ALEX GREAT SPEECH
Thank you information. A friend of mine has a blog on the topic RSS its http://www.Activerefresh.com.
