Torrenegra Labs, the parent company of LetMeGo, has its own software development methodology called RRápido. We just released RRápido version 1.2. It can be accessed here. The two most important changes from the previous version are:
- Before: The product developer was in charge of reviewing the unit tests coded by the developer.
Now: The architect is the one in charge of reviewing the unit tests coded by the developer. - Before: The architect was in charge of determining if a ticket required architectural changes. Only after said review the ticket was assigned to the developer.
Now: The developer gets the ticket and determines if architectural changes are required. If so, the developer consults with the architect.
Both of these changes were suggested by Germán González. Thank you!
